5  Easy to split hydrogen and oxygen molecules apart using electricity(the biggest tech hurtle).  Is the core of the REAL hydrogen economy.  Energy can be stored.

6  Demand for fossil fuels.  Most people don’t live near the extraction sites.  Fossil Fuel emissions severely degrade air quality, and the carbon worsens the greenhouse effect, affecting the world’s climates.  Third world economies are especially susceptible to fuel economies.

7  The use of hydrogen greatly reduces pollution

8  Hydrogen can be produced locally from numerous sources.

9  If hydrogen is produced from water we have a sustainable production system.
