Who is this Fund for? Investors who: are investing for the medium-to long-term are seeking a steady flow of income and modest capital growth have a medium tolerance for risk Do not invest in this fund unless you are willing to accept the potential loss of a portion of your investment, or if you have a short-term investment horizon. The Fund’s annual administration fee is tiered: 0.35% applies to the first $250 million of the net asset value of the series, 0.30% applies where the net asset value of the series is above $250 million and up to $750 million, and 0.25% applies to the amount in excess of $750 million.
