Tip-of-the-Mitt SCORE Chapter 0622 Established in 1988 Andy Hayes, Executive Director, Petoskey Chamber of Commerce – believed a SCORE chapter would be a helpful program to the Petoskey Chamber and the community. – joined forces with Bill Douglass, a Harbor Springs Kiwanian – they put the wheels in motion. 11

12. Tip-of-the-Mitt SCORE Harbor Springs Kiwanis Club provided the first 10 volunteers to become SCORE mentors. Bill Douglass attended Traverse City SCORE meetings for one year – Trained the 10 volunteers Bill served as chapter chair for 10 years 12
