Books Made to Share Seventeen Von Steuben students who participated in the "Books Made to Share" Program wrote and illustrated their own children's books. On Wednesday, May 7th Von students had the opportunity to share their books with eight classrooms of preschool children. This was an incredibly fun service learning experience that has inspired Von students to return to the Albany Park Community Center in the future. The little kids loved being read to by high school students!
