CEMEX REDWOOD CITY CEMENT TERMINAL EQUIPMENT UPGRADE & MODIFICATION PROJECT RMC Pacific Materials Purchased The Terminal From Ideal Cement March 1, 2005 – CEMEX Officially Purchased RMC Standard Procedure During An Acquisition Includes Formation Of A Post Merger Integration (PMI) Team Evaluation Of Facility Operations And Procedures & Recommendations To Bring Facility In Compliance With CEMEX Standards Improve Operations, Safety, Environmental And Community Service Improve Customer Service.

3 CEMEX REDWOOD CITY CEMENT TERMINAL UPGRADE OBJECTIVES
Convert Storage Silo Dedicated For Fly Ash To Cement Truck Load-Out System Upgrade And Improvement Upgrade Existing Truck Loading System With Up To Date Equipment And Add An Additional Load-out Spout That Will Expedite Load Times By Half; Install A Second Two Spout Truck Loading System; & Centralize Nearly All Of The Cement Storage And Loading To One Vicinity Of The Terminal That Is Away From The Pacific Shores Complex.
