Today’s question: How can I know that the Bible is more than just another great book? How can I know that it is complete and accurate from beginning to end?
So how do we know our Bible – among all of the world’s holy books – is true?
1)The Bible and its author
All Scripture is inspired by God.. 2 Timothy 3:16 Inspired = God breathed
For no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God. 2 Peter 1:21
If anyone thinks he is a prophet or spiritual, let him recognize that the things which I write to you are the Lord's commandment. 1 Corinthians 14:37
A)They mistake the unexplained for the unexplainable.
B)They mistake their imperfect understanding for God’s perfect revelation.
C)They make the mistake of assuming the Bible is wrong until it is proven right.
D)They misunderstand God’s purpose.
The Bible you hold in your hand is without question and without error the Word of God.
