1. Cad Setup of Vacuum Tank on Dennis Eagle Truck Placement of the tank on the truck chassis, Design of Chassis rail and vacuum system layout calculated in AutoCAD before modelling of the full truck and system in Solidworks.

7. Sub-Chassis Spring Mount R&D These are 4 different designs forwarded to the Manufacturer of a ROPS system that was a requirement for one truck, the scenarios show where we were proposing to place holes in they’re fixture for the fitting of our Plant Proposed Area of Spring Mount

8. Paint Product Usage Form This form was devised by myself in conjunction with the then production manager of VTS to calculate the flow rates for each product applied to that particular truck, this then helped to get an average flow rate for either painter employed at the company.

9. Excel document to calculate the difference in cover rates between two painters From calculating these flow rates I was then able to work out amount of paint materials required for each job using a spread sheet I designed and areas worked out from Solidworks models, it was also a way of trying to narrow the gap between the two painters.

10. Sample Truck Paint Calculations This Spreadsheet calculated total surface area, paint required for a single coat and total paint required to finish the truck. From the broke down areas paint quantities could be worked out for individual areas.
