What Type of Church Will We Be?
Building on the Rock “We believe in one, holy, catholic and apostolic church.” Nicene Creed
Building on the Rock “The visible Church of Christ is a congregation of faithful men and women, in which the pure Word of God is preached, and the Sacraments be duly administered according to Christ’s ordinance in all those things that of necessity are requisite to the same.” Article 19a, Articles of Religion
Building on the Rock “And he [Jesus Christ] is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent. For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross.” Colossians 1:18-20, ESV
