Leaving jobs may not be the best answer…Whereever you go, you take yourself, and you could end up in similar situation if you don’t learn to heal it now, so it is a super coaching opportunity

Learn the difference between judgement and discernment Use business tools Never compromise your values Always step back and ask yourself what healthy boundaries are Stick with the facts
