5 Exercise: How to Address Pitfalls Instructions Gather into teams of four to five people Choose two blunders to address Come up with a way to address each blunder and record in your handout Go beyond the obvious: Don’t just say, “Stop saying um.” Tell us how to stop saying “um.” If time, choose one outside of the top 10 that you want Dennis to address Be prepared to share with the larger group 5
