Innovative products; Tier 4 compliant equipment A-Plant 201416 Stage IIIB / Tier 4 Engines  Our Stage IIIB / Tier 4 compliant telehandlers utilise the award-winning JCB EcoMAX engine and meets the legislation without the use of bulky diesel particulate filters (DPF’s), or exhaust after treatment oils.  The engines have significantly reduced diesel engine emissions to minimise the effect on public health and the environment. Utilising ultra-clean technology, these machines are far more efficient than ever before.  There is a requirement on some customer sites to only use Stage IIIB / Tier 4 compliant equipment and at A-Plant we offer telehandlers of various sizes (7m, 9.5m, 10.5m, 12.5m, 14m and 17m models) which already meet this demanding legislation.

Innovative products; Eco-Plus Site Cabins A-Plant 201417 Eco-Plus Site Cabins  A-Plant Eco-Plus Site Cabins are produced to a super high specification bespoke design, and can lead to annual cost savings of over £19,000, with savings of over 190,000 litres of water and over 43,000 kW/h of energy on a typical site.  A-Plant’s Eco-Plus Site Cabins can be double stacked and linked and can be used for any number of applications, including offices, canteens, drying rooms, toilet blocks, meeting rooms and shower areas. The Eco-Plus Site Cabins are designed to operate at the lowest cost, often less than “standard” units. They incorporate a multitude of energy saving devices, including:  Non-concussive taps (reduces water usage)  Waterless urinals  Dual flush toilets  Low energy lighting  Passive infra-red sensors to ensure lights are switched off  Door closers to prevent heat loss  Oil-filled radiators for heat retention and longevity

Groundhog Eco units 12v A-Plant 201418 Groundhog Static Welfare Accommodation Units  These lightweight and robust units meet HSE requirements and provide on-site welfare solutions in one compact, cost effective package. The units are suitable for accommodating up to eight people, which provides a pleasant and safe working environment, ideal for contractors.  The unit has received an A Rated - 24 energy performance asset rating, which indicates the energy efficiency of the building fabric, heating, cooling and lighting systems and ventilation making it exceptionally eco-friendly. The units are spacious, pleasant and well-equipped inside and out, and include forklift pockets and rounded corner posts complete with ISO locking plates.
