8  Signs and symptoms for Breast cancer  Mass or lump in breast  Nipple discharge or redness  Breast or nipple pain  Swelling of part of breast or dimpling 1. Above 40-50 make it a routine to do mammogram every 1-2yrs 2. Above 50yrs do them yearly

9  Signs and symptoms  Vaginal bleed is not normal or change in menstrual cycle  Post coiltal bleeding  Pain during sex  Vaginal discharge that is tinged with blood  How it an be prevented  Pap-smear every after 3yrs if normal  If abnormal the doctor will tell you,  26yrs and younger can get HPV vaccine  The sooner or earlier is found the more it is treated
