10 PARO role To understand and “guess” what the musical score is rather than wait. To treat all LROs and election staff as equals First meeting 14 th February 2012

13 Lessons learned from the performance: Directions – less is more Be flexible –what works for one, may not work for another Acknowledge local issues Experience – there is a lot of it out there. Don’t be afraid to ask Enjoy, celebrate successes Focus on what you know www.nwleics.gov.uk
