9 Composers Composing something quite different to before Have changed the date of the event Given some outline of the “musical score” without the full detail Expect the final performance to be perfect Will take legal action if it is not

10 PARO role To understand and “guess” what the musical score is rather than wait. To treat all LROs and election staff as equals First meeting 14 th February 2012

13 Lessons learned from the performance: Directions – less is more Be flexible –what works for one, may not work for another Acknowledge local issues Experience – there is a lot of it out there. Don’t be afraid to ask Enjoy, celebrate successes Focus on what you know
