2 Kaposi’s Sarcoma Pronounced – (CAP-oh-seez sar-KOH-ma) Defined – Rare malignant lesions beginning as soft purple- brown nodules or plaques on the feet – Gradually spreads throughout skin – Increased incidence in men with AIDS
