Valid SEPDS – signed by the USDA and CDE for all processed USDA Foods items on bid.  SEPDS “in process” should be submitted, however, final signed copy must be submitted prior to July 1, 2015 to validate bid.  Return hard copy and electronic copy on data storage device as indicated below. 42

43 Complete Bid Packet 12. Data storage device containing completed Information Submission Worksheet and valid SEPDS for all processed USDA Foods items submitted.  Return data storage device containing all requested files; data storage device will not be returned to sender. 43

45 SEPDS  Each food item must have valid SEPDS by RFP closing date and time  SEPDS must have two signatures  State  USDA  SEPDS “in process” should be submitted  Final signed copy must be submitted by July 1, 2015 to validate bid 45
