15 2010-2013 – Lessons learned PARP:BSI: 1.Keep on strengthening of BSI in Poland: management, know-how and skills, new services for SMEs; 2.Create mechanisms for market driven innovation system; 3.Do not weaken BSI network with grant money. 1.Knowledge is the power: inside the organisation, outside the organisation; 2.People are the money: keep professionals within the organisation; 3.Network creates new opportunietes; 4.In order to find clients BSI need to create good marketing strategy.
