2  MCI is a full-service concert and festival organizing company.  John Wiscombe founded MCI in 1993. As a youth, he spent several years as a tour manager throughout Europe. He has now been in the music travel business for over 45 years.  Our Staff is composed of a unique blend of musicians and travel industry professionals.  We are musicians serving musicians.  MCI staff has a combined 200+ years experience in designing and operating concert tours. Visiting Multnomah Falls, a 611-foot-tall roaring, awe-inspiring cascade of icy water, lets you experience the power and beauty of nature up close. There are nice walks you can take for different views of the falls  Continue to Portland and visit the beautiful Waterfront and enjoy the Rose Festival activities  Evening dinner in a local restaurant (Tour 1A only)  Transfer to your hotel for overnight May 28 (T) – Boise / Portland, OR Overnight in Portland

12  Breakfast at the hotel  Concert in Portland at the World Trade Center Plaza as part of 106 th Annual Rose Festival!  Lunch on own  Afternoon transfer to Newport  Upon arrival visit the Yaquina Head Lighthouse and experience the unique cobble beach and discover the sea life in their world famous tide pools. Enjoy free time on the historic Bayfront including quaint shops and artisan galleries.  Evening dinner at the “Table of Contents” restaurant at the Sylvia Beach Hotel. This is a fun and interactive family style dinner set in the dining room of a historic beach house with each room decorated and dedicated to a different author.  Transfer to the hotel for overnight May 29 (W) – Portland / Newport, OR Overnight in Newport
