1. Throw Pillow Instructions 1) Cut fabric so that you have TWO 15x15 squares. Be as precise as possible with your measuring and cutting. 2) Iron your squares so that the edges are flat and there are no visible wrinkles. EXAMPLE:

2. Throw Pillow Instructions (cont.)  Zig-zag ALL 4 sides of both squares. DO NOT sew them together – just zig-zag the sides. Remember to sew on the edge of the fabric, since we’re doing this to prevent fraying.

3.  Begin pinning piping to the RIGHT side of ONE square  Make sure the rope is towards the inside of the pillow Leave some excess piping to the side The flat part aligns with the raw edge of your fabric

4.  When you get to a corner, snip the flat part of the piping to make it easier to turn.  TIP: use the tip of your scissors.

5.  When you get to the top, overlap the excess piping from when you started with the piping in the end as shown in the picture

6.  It should look like the picture to the right
