Our staffs has been trained before supply to customers at our training center in area that customers required, such as pipe fitter, the pipe fitter to be trained about understanding in isometric drawing from fabrication until installation, also attitude to work under customer's team. 4

We are Satisfaction guarantee for our manpower, if customer do not satisfied in anyone who supplied by us, they can ask us to change new one at anytime and we will arrange to change the new one with training from us as soon as possible. For pipe fitter For pipe fitter We train about how to interpret from isometric drawing and shop drawing to actual work by use a wire to train about direction, and calculation of cutting length (deduct fitting length before cutting plan). Training about fit-up procedure. Basic safety and attitude training to work with customer's team. For Structural fitter For Structural fitter We train about mark, cut and drill as per shop drawing also understands weld symbol and dimensions. Fit-up tolerance and finishing. Basic safety and attitude training to work with customer's team. 7

8. For welder both in piping and structural We train about how to use welding equipment. Gauge installation, also welding machine TIG and SMAW and how to select welding rod suit with the materials. Understand welding procedure specification (WPS). Basic safety and attitude training to work with customer's team. For Helper We train about how to help fitter and welder safely. Cleaning and housekeeping everyday after finish work. 8

12. Piping Work 1. Piping Engineer He can design piping system for module knock down, refinery and petrochemical plants, accordance with ASME B 31.3, and/or any specification that meet the customer's requirements, also pipe supports. We supply at least 5 years experience. 2. Piping supervisor He shall understanding isometric and engineering flow diagram clearly, also can communication with customers in English, strong supervision and can expedite work progress for keep schedule as well. We supply at least 10 years experience 12

Piping Foreman He shall understand isometric clearly, and supervise closely to pipe fitter, both in fabrication and installation also do cutting plan for pipe fitter for fabrication works and work in safety condition. We supply at least experience 5 years 4. Pipe Fitter He shall understand about isometric drawing, for fabrication, interpret from isometric drawing, such as the isometric drawing give dimension included pipe and fitting, our pipe fitters must know how to fitting length deduction (The length from fitting standard vary from size and thickness) before do pipe cutting plan, also fabrication correct direction of pipe in both fabrication and installation. 13 Piping Work
