9 Success often begins during your first log-on! One probation officer responsible for monitoring program attendance has experienced a 100% success rate locating non-compliant probationers through the JusticeXchange watch feature.

10 Within one hour of beginning an investigation to verify addresses of non-compliant sex offenders, 40 offender addresses were verified, most in local facilities throughout the state. A sex offender failed to verify his address. A possible address was found in JX, but the subject was no where to be found. A watch was placed on the offender, and three weeks later, he was booked in the Buncombe Co. jail. Durham Co. was notified via email.

11 When checking active warrants against JX, we realized that 48% of the individuals had been through local facilities once and sometimes twice since the warrant issue date. Durham is realizing manpower/resource savings monthly! We currently average 72 confirmed locates per month.
