2. The Hub Mackay has 15 Serviced Offices. Each office can be hired on a short term (daily) through to a longer term commitment. SERVICED OFFICE Executive Suite Equipped with desk and lockable filing cabinet, start up stationery, chair, anti-static mat, sofa, coffee table, fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Standard Office Has the same features as the Executive Suite, but is only available on an ad hoc basis. Superior Suites Are larger offices that vary in layout and accommodate up to 4-6 people. 2

4. MEETING ROOMS The Hub Mackay has 3 Executive Meeting/ Conference/ Training Rooms that seat up to 30 people. 4 Richmond Room (Small Meeting Room) Seats up to 10 people. Great for interviewing or small meetings. North Eton Room (Medium Meeting Room) Seats up to 18 people. Ideal for group presentations and small training sessions. Beaconsfield Room (Large Meeting Room) Seats up to 30 people. Perfect for larger meetings, training sessions and conferences.

5. MEETING ROOMS You can hire out a Meeting room on an hourly or daily basis and only pay a maximum of 4 hours per day. No need to have your ‘own’ meeting room that you will only use occasionally. Don’t pay for unused space We have data projectors, electronic whiteboards, laptops, telephone services, high speed broadband & administration services available for hire. And we will also organize catering for the day. Just bring yourself… Meeting in a new environment could be just what your team needs!
