Each craft within the Alstom Power Apprenticeship Program utilizes dedicated trainers with 20+ years of experience in the craft. Each Alstom Power apprenticeship lasts for 3 or 4 years, depending on craft. Apprentices are brought in as groups, or classes, with each class size usually being 4 or more apprentices of the same craft.
