6.  I rate Power Sound Editor Free a 5 out 10 because it does have some functionality but lacks the more advanced features. o Does not allow multiple files to be editing on same project. o Descriptions of software are somewhat misleading. o Files can only be saved as.wav files. o During install changes are made to change default search engines and adds toolbar in browser.
