3. INTRODUCTION The google was named BackRub when it Was founded.The name then changed to google.The name "Google" originated from a misspelling of "googol" which refers to the number represented by a 1 followed by one-hundred zeros.

4. FOUNDER Google began in January 1996 and founded on 4th sep 1996 as a research project by Larry Page and Sergey Brin. Page and Brin tested their thesis as part of their studies, and laid the foundation for their search engine.

5. CURRENT CEO Eric Emerson Schmidt is the current CEO of google. Eric Emerson Schmidt was born on 27 april 1955.Larry and Sergey interviewed Schmidt. Schmidt impressed the founders and they recruited Eric to run their company in 2001.

6. HEADQUARTER The Googleplex is the corporate headquarters complex of Google.It is located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway in Mountain View, Santa Clara County,California, near San Jose. The name Googleplex is made of two words Google and complex.The office space and corporate campus is located within a 26 acres.

7. CURRENT PRODUCTS From the day the google has been founded they introduce to us many products. The total number of products in google list are 109 and some of those are google chrome,images, videos,google map, picasa,gmail,news,etc.The current products launched by google are google labs, google sketchup,google 3d models,new google toolbar, etc.

8. LOGOS Google has several logos since its renaming from "BackRub". The current official Google logo was designed by Ruth Kedar, and is a wordmark based on the Catull typeface. The company also includes various humorous features, such as cartoon modifications, of their logo for use on holidays, birthdays of famous people, and major events, such as the Olympics.

SLOGAN "Don't be evil" is the informal corporate motto or slogan of Google, originally suggested by Google employees Paul Buchheit and Amit Patel at a meeting.Buchheit, the creator of Gmail, said he "wanted something that, once you put it in there,would be hard to take out,". Google are now in a way to change their slogan.

10. INCOME The net income of the company is $4.227 billion. Their revenue is $21.796 billion, operating income $6.632 billion, total assets $31.768 billion, total equity $28.239 billion. These all are for year 2008. Till june 2009 there are total 19786 workers working day and night in the company.

12. FUTURE The google has great future. Some of the points that shows google great future are: There will be several mobile devices that run the Google operating system. Google Chrome makes deal with OEM’s, and snags a significant chunk of the browse market. GOOG will gain some of the ground it lost on wall street. Google Apps will continue to gain momentum in the Enterprise.
