A ropes course is a challenging outdoor personal development and team building activity which usually consists of high and/or low elements. Low elements take place on the ground or only a few feet above the ground. High elements are usually constructed in trees or made of utility poles and require a belay for safety.

El ejido se crea mediante la expropiación de tierras que excedieran los límites de la pequeña propiedad, y eran dotados a un grupo de personas para la explotación en común. El título de propiedad lo otorga el Presidente de la República.

The ejidatario have to write a letter explaining he’s selling the land, this letter is addressed to the other ejidatarios, because they can choose to buy the land within the first 30 days it goes on sale .
If any ejidatario decides to buy the land at that time, then the owner can sell it to someone else.
Over the 30 days, normal sale process is performed to obtain the scriptures.

24. BUSINESS IDEA ROPES COURSE CAMP
The idea is to work with groups of companies or colleges organizing fieldays, team building experiences, summer camps and other activities. A fee per person will be charged to enter the High Rope Course Camp.
At the same time we will offer different activities in La Huasteca, like trekking, mountain bike , rappelling , rock climbing, mountaineering , etc.
If groups of 40 people visit the High Rope Course Camp 110 days a year, the cost of the investment will be recovered in three years.
