(Matt 5: 4 KJV) In the last chapter, because of Adam’s breaking of covenant with God, humanity suffers from the self-inflicted wound of sin and is left in utter, hellish isolation. God, however, in Genesis immediately begins to work towards the restoration of relationship, healing the wound. We continue in our creativity to be the channels of grace that heals the wounded and brings others into covenant relationship.
