Wednesday 25th in Jeanette Schueler’s office (864-2C-28)

A desk + a working chair + a visitor chair + a bin + cupboards in the wall (for the majority of the offices) + paper recycling bin
The key of your cupboard(s) can be collected from Guylaine or me
Guylaine and myself will make a tour into all offices later this week to gather the additional needs and organise the installation for:

The 774 building is full of domotique (Building Management System):
Heating and lighting are controlled via sensors
The lights switches on when you enter the office, and switches off after 15’ of no movement
The light intensity is also controlled
Blinds however are to be moved up and down manually

REMINDER: No coffee machine or fridge or private kitchen are allowed in the offices
This area is public and should be kept very clean
NO cups in the sink but in the dishwasher
Clean clean clean after you used the place
IMPORTANT: The cleaning people are instructed to empty the fridge every Friday to avoid the mess in the fridge like in 966
