20. No longer will provisional technicians be allowed to sign the 1 st certificate of compliance ticket any more in 2015. They were never supposed to be allowed to do this in the past. Enforcing rule this next year. Under the new 2015 special provision/pilot projects, cylinders cast in the field will be used as acceptance testing. So they will have to be handled more carefully. Contractor to provide cure/storage on-site. Casting minimum of 3-28 day test cylinders per set. Pilot project has a 4 th cylinder for a 7 day test age. Other Topics
