4. We are helping each other to reach our goal
A new year is a good time to make changes in our life, to make us better at something.
Year 4 have been talking about setting ourselves new challenges- we call them goals
We are helping each other to reach our goal

5. My goal is to keep my hands and feet to myself and have a calm body

6. My goal is to remember to bring my reading pack to school every day

7. My goal is to think about what I want to say before I say it

8. My goal is to give Mrs Harding my dinner money without being asked

9. My goal is to tell a teacher if I am feeling sad or upset

10. My goal is to use finger spaces between my words

11. My goal is to stay calm and to think about my actions

12. My goal is to learn new words to help me read my book

13. My goal is to bring my glasses to school and ask for help when I need it

14. My goal is to sit still during assembly
and work time

15. My goal is to concentrate on the work I am doing- not other people

16. My goal is to remember to bring my reading pack to school

17. My goal is to sit still and listen during assembly times

18. Hands together, eyes closed. Dear God,
Thank you for our new day, new month and new year. Be with me today and everyday,
