3 PROFILE OF CREATORS SADIE IRONS I am a specialist teacher of History imparting Historical convent for the past 20 years. Throughout my teaching career I have garnered enough experience and knowledge which qualifies me to be an extraordinary Historian. Education: Mico University College 1986-1989 Teacher’s Diploma Specialist Teacher of History and Music University of the West Indies 1992-1995 B. A. (Hon) Degree History and General Studies Work Experience: 1989-1992 Taught at Clarendon College CSEC History 1995 – to present Specialist Teacher of History at Wolmer’s Girls’ School. 2001 – to present Senior Teacher, Assistant Examiner for CSEC History since 2002 Head of Humanities Department since 2002. I graduated from the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor’s of Education Degree (Hon) in History. My education experience includes serving as a History and Social Studies teacher for both upper school and lower school at the Wolmer’s Girls’ School as well as a Commercial Training Executive at Claro Jamaica from 2009-2012. Additionally, I am the owner of MoeTechnological Services (registered with Companies of Jamaica) where I design presentations as well as create interactive games to aid in the classroom experience. At Moe Technology, the motto is “If Learning Is Fun We can Have Fun Learning.” I create a myriad of presentations and games for different subject areas and various age groups.
