Before their baptism, they were “the servants of sin” When they “obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine” (when they were baptized) they were made “free from sin” (AT that point- “THEN”) When they “obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine” (when they were baptized) they were made “free from sin” (AT that point- “THEN”)

53. What conclusions must be drawn? If one does not “obey from the heart that form of doctrine,” he cannot be associated with or contact the death, burial and resurrection of Christ If one does not “obey from the heart that form of doctrine” he cannot be made “free from sin”

54. What conclusions must be drawn? Since “that form of doctrine” has been proven to be baptism, no one can be associated with or contact the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus and be “made free from sin” without being “baptized into Jesus Christ”
