Voronin) First test production : February 2003 Delivered : 145 matrices. Some problem : Leakage or depletion !  150 will be produce by Institute of Physics, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic – Prague (V. Vrba, P. Sicho ) First test production : March 2004 “Big” Problem with leakage current (aging) ! Today : 30 matrices.  150 will be produce by Institute of Nuclear Physics - Moscow State University (M.
