10 Freezer Management 2001 Freezers in various locations. Not all alarmed. Call-out procedures unclear. No regular maintenance. No emergency decant space. No clear sample management.

Maintain Freezers and Alarms. 2 visits/year. Consider -20 walk-in rooms over multiple -20 chest freezers. (20% saving ) Encourage temperatures at -70 over -80

19 To Do List Metering of cooling within freezer rooms- raise cost awareness. True archive freezers removed to a secure and efficiently designed building(Freezer Farm) -this would release prime space within buildings to allow either expansion or consolidation! Questions?
