4 Now day the world in changes we are in the age of globalization, Education reform,Quality for education And The influence to school administrators are always self-development. The first So, it motivation for my conclusion of leadership characteristic development model of school administrators.

Construct the leadership characteristics development model of school administrators 3. Evaluate the suitability and possibility of the model using questionnaires and interviewing the experts 4. 7 As you can see the tools of this research consisted of the questionnaire, evaluation and interviewing. The subjects of this research consisted of 48 best royally awarded school administrators by multi-stage random sampling from 4 parts of the country. The percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the data. Well, I think that it covers everything on research methodology.
