Inplace Senior LeadershipTeam To Consider Headteacher (ISR 10 – 16) Provide professional leadership for the school which secures its success and improvement, ensuring high quality education for all its pupils, and improved standards of learning and achievement. Provide strategic direction and development of the school. Secure and sustain effective teaching and learning throughout the school, monitoring and evaluating the quality of teaching and standards of pupils’ achievement. Motivate, support and challenge staff to secure improvement. Deploy people and resources efficiently and effectively to meet specific objectives in line with the school’s strategic plan and financial context. Be accountable to the governors and others, including pupils, parents, staff, local employers and the local community.
