6 Existing Conditions Ditch has Deepened, Causing Severe Bank Erosion on Both Sides Erosion is Encroaching on the Surrounding Residents’ Backyards Neighbors have Built Retaining Walls Residential Fences are Beginning to Lean and Lose Stability Ditch is Difficult for Florida Department of Transportation to Maintain Hard to Access Costly to Maintain Headwall at SR 434Concrete Block WallExisting Vegetation Growth
