This makes easy for us to get the raw soapstone for processing and producing different variety of talc as per our customer’s demand. We have also installed the most advanced machinery in our factory to provide finest particle size (even less than 2 micron) possible. Our Talc are varies in properties like Whiteness / Brightness, Calcium content, Morphology, silica impurities content, Particle size, Aspect ratios, Oil absorption etc. Our talc products are processed in most advanced grinding system (Jet Mill) with a inhouse developed process to produce most efficient products with unique properties for various industrial applications. 11. vsbb Paints & Coating industry: Talc : make ideal multi-functional pigments, fillers and extenders in water borne, solvent borne and powder-coat based architectural and industrial paints, where they improve mechanical properties, optical properties and production processes. They also bring benefits to color concentrates, enamels, varnishes, gel coats inks, putties, body fillers, mortars and asphalts. Industrial Minerals : Calcite, China Clay, Mica, Barite, etc. are used as fillers in many paints to incorporate certain properties (Strength, gloss, pigmentation, water-proof etc). calcium carbonate also is used widely as a filler in adhesives, and sealants. 12. vsbb Polymers & Plastics industry: Talc : make excellent reinforcing fillers in polypropylene and engineering thermoplastics for automotive parts, domestic appliances, E&E components and food packaging. They are used for anti blocking in polyethylene, restore mechanical properties to recycled plastics and are ideal nucleating agents in bio polymers and semi-crystalline polymers. Industrial Minerals : Calcite, China Clay, Limestone etc. are used as fillers in many plastics to incorporate certain properties. Calcium carbonate is by far the most important mineral for compounding with polymers. By weight it accounts for more than 60% of the filler and reinforcements market. Talc reduces paper surface friction, crepe, wrinkles and core burst problems, prevent wear and abrasion on reels / cutters and other converting equipment and give paper a smooth softer feel by improving paper touch. Talc also have a synergistic effect with carbon black providing optimum processing and properties and a good cost-performance balance. Our high whiteness / brightness (with NIL calcium content) talc is first choice among Cosmetic industry in India. It is useful in making Talcum powder, makeup and creams etc. Industrial Minerals : Mica is normally used as pearl pigment and for increasing gloss and shine in some make up products (like Lipsticks etc). 18. vsbb Ceramics Industry: Talc : Being an excellent thermal shock resistant and fluxing agent, talc is widely used in ceramics industry. Talc improves the mechanical and optical properties of floor and wall tiles, and allow producers to cut energy costs and CO2 emission. Talc is also used as a matting agent in floor tiles where it improve whiteness without affecting expansion, abrasion and stain resistance. Used in combination with calcined alumina, It delivers excellent satin finish glazes with good fusibility and low thermal expansion, improving glaze body fit and reducing pinholes. Industrial Minerals : Kaolin is used in formulations described as white-wares, which consists of tableware, sanitaryware, and wall and floor tiles.
