5 MOVIDA – MOVing from Inspection to Domestic Advice by service companies MOVIDA – MOVing from Inspection to Domestic Advice by service companies T4.1 Recruiting the inspectors At the kick-off meeting, partners agree on common criteria for recruitments (minimum professional experience and knowledge pre-requisite for the inspectors of the different waves of the campaign). Inspectors operating in the first campaign should already have a sound basic knowledge of HVAC O&M and/or analysis. Each partner defines recruitment activities and possible incentives to facilitate the recruitment of inspectors in each region. This could entail the organisation of meetings with local SME’s associations. The detailed programme of each campaign is captured in a report to the EU Advisory Committee, before the start of the campaigns. 5

6 MOVIDA – MOVing from Inspection to Domestic Advice by service companies MOVIDA – MOVing from Inspection to Domestic Advice by service companies T4.2 Development of a code of conduct for inspections Technicians accepting to participate in the pilot campaign will sign an agreement, including a code of conduct, prepared by the WP leader (ApE) and accepted by all partners. Examples: ENFORCE ITI HVAC ACCA HRAI (of Canada) etc 6
