Maximize Coverage and Minimize Costs Internal Catalogs Maintain items within PeopleSoft Item Master (useful for Inventory and Contract items) Express Items (enhanced for Release 9.2) Loaded through Catalog Management, NOT maintained within PeopleSoft Item Master Supplier Punchout (Supplier Hosted Catalog ) From eProcurement Requisition, punchout to Supplier website to search and select items. Finalize order within ePro Transparent Supplier Punchout (new for Release 9.1, FP2) Within eProcurement Requisition, search external supplier information and return a list of supplier items based on the search term entered. Useful for comparison shopping and consistent user interface Marketplace Punchout (Hub Catalog) From ePro, punchout to Marketplace of multiple Supplier content, search and select items. 16 Content Management Catalog Management - Streamlined upload of Supplier Catalogs A new quick load catalog process has been developed which allows for a one step loading of the catalog file straight to Catalog review and Approval if there are no errors. One step upload from external file to review

18 Content Management Catalog Management - Streamlined upload of Supplier Catalogs If there are any errors (such as invalid data formats or invalid items etc) the error icon will clearly denote that and allow for drilling down into the error details. Any errors can now be fixed directly online without having to go back to the original file attachment, fix the rows and re-upload making this a much easier process. Fix errors directly online
