 We appreciate the opportunity to introduce you to our water based, (not petroleum or acid based), chemicals that dissolve the paraffin in crude oil and natural gas  All SAS chemicals are non-flammable, non- toxic, non-corrosive and entirely environmentally friendly

 SAS-A dissolves the paraffin in BS&W, (tank bottoms), in crude oil storage tanks and when blended with added fresh crude emulsifies it into a high grade saleable crude  It also lowers the sulfur content and NORM in the crude  After treatment, the tank is allowed to set for several hours and the water and sand will settle to the bottom and can be drained or pumped out thru the water draw valve  The rest is good marketable crude oil free of BS&W

 Treating a crude storage tank with SAS-A eliminates the need to gas free the tank, cut a door sheet or the need to have personnel or equipment enter the tank  The treatment process can be completed in 7-10 days and the tank returned to service  When SAS-A is injected into the tank receipt line the result will be BS&W free crude and eliminating costly tank cleaning  Please refer to the test report from Dallas Laboratories and the accompanying letters of reference

SLUDGE ADD 5% TO 10% SAS A ADD 150% TO 200% CRUDE LET TANK SET FOR 4-12 HOURS AGITATE VERY BRISKLY LET TANK SET FOR 24 HOURS MARKETABLE CRUDE OIL SAND WATER PUMP OUT WATER & SAND

 SAS-B is designed for down-hole treatment  When introduced down-hole SAS-B will dissolve the paraffin build up in submersible pumps, the production tube and the feeder line to the storage tanks  When introduced into the formation under pressure, SAS-B will dissolve the paraffin and allow the crude to flow more freely into the well reservoir  The result is a significant increase in production  For continuous treatment both applications can be achieved by adding a SAS injection system

IF YOU HAVE LOW OIL WELL PRODUCTION DUE TO SLUDGE CLOSING PIPE CASING LIKE THIS PHOTO SAS BSAS B SIMPLY INJECT SAS ‘B’ INTO WELL CASING,,, SAS WILL EMULSIFY SLUDGE WITHIN FEW HOURS AND ALLOW SMOOTH FLOW OF CRUDE GOING UP AS YOU SEE IN THE RIGHT GRAPHIC ANIMATION OR LIKE THIS …SAS ‘B’ CAN INCREASE WELL PRODUCTION WITH SIMPLE PROCEDURE AND IT IS SAFE FOR ALL TYPES OF PIPES AND EQUIPMENTS THE CASING PIPE WILL BE LIKE THIS AFTER INJECTING SAS ‘B’ OIL FLOW WILL INCREASE MORE THAN 30% INJECT SAS ‘B’

SAS TO BE INJECTED INTO PIPE LINE UPSTREAM OF PRIMARY AND TRANSFER PUMPS TO MIX AND BLEND SAS WITH THE FLOWING CRUDE OIL BALL VALVE THR’D-O-LET SAS B SAS BSAS B INSTALL SMALL TANK WITH INJECTION PUMP sludge CRUDE OIL FLOW

 SAS-C is designed for crude oil spill clean-up  Soil that is contaminated with crude oil can be excavated and washed with SAS-C  The liquid residue can then be run thru an oil/water separator

 The water can be drained and the clean soil returned to its original location eliminating costly hauling and disposal in a hazardous waste landfill  The equipment can be mounted on a trailer or skid for mobility

 Measure the quantity of the BS&W  Determine (visually) the viscosity (thickness) and liquidity of the sludge  The thicker and drier the material the more SAS will be needed to dissolve the paraffin  Cover the BS&W with SAS-A v/v 5%-10% depending on the thickness and liquidity of the BS&W  Add crude oil on top of the SAS-A v/v 150%- 200% of the BS&W. SAS-A must be covered and or contained to prevent evaporation

 Let tank or vessel set for 4-12 hours to allow SAS to percolate down into the BS&W and begin to dissolve the paraffin.  After the paraffin is dissolved, begin to agitate all of the contents very briskly. The dissolved paraffin must be completely blended and mixed with the added crude. After the agitation process, allow to settle for several hours. Agitate mixture again until all of the paraffin is completely broken down and dissolved. If necessary, add more SAS and crude oil until desired results are achieved.

 Let tank set for several hours (preferably overnight). The sand and water will settle to the bottom and the rest will be good marketable crude  These instructions are valid weather in a large crude storage tank or a jar on a table  Prior to beginning treatment on a large tank, it is advisable to conduct a small test in a jar to obtain the optimum quantities of SAS and added crude oil.  After paraffin is dissolved and the sample is well blended, a 5% solution of water can be added on top of the crude oil. Let settle until all of the water goes to the bottom. This will significantly reduce the sulfur content in the treated crude.

 All SAS chemicals are blended in the USA by Tomco-Harwel Industries in Tulsa, Oklahoma They can be purchased in 55 gallon drums, 250-350 gallon totes and containerized in 20’ or 40’ containers. A 20’ container holds (20) 55 gallon drums, a 40’ container holds (60) 55 gallon drums  For more information: Please visit our website: www.tripledint.com for a demonstration www.tripledint.com
