MEAN : Doctrine and Covenants 71 was revealed at a time when critics were making false accusations against the Church. How do you feel when you hear criticisms or falsehoods about the Church? Read and mark Doctrine and Covenants 71:1, 4, 7, 9–10 for some insights. Say something nice to the couple next to you.

And, as you’re marking, think of some ways we can better sustain our bishops.

Did you know that only one out of seven non- member spouses convert to the gospel? Discuss qualities you hope your future spouse has. CHILDREN : Read Doctrine and Covenants 74:7 and discuss the doctrine in that verse. Look up one of the footnotes to that verse and read together. Talk about your favorite sibling and why you love them.
