Physical contact happens throughout a match so we must use the rule to help us decide what contact to penalise – “No player may come into contact with an opponent in such a way, either accidentally or deliberately, that it interferes with the play of the opponent” Something: That interferes with play That may infringe the rules (Rule 17)
