10. Thank you for the interest shown to the State Reference Center for Assistance to People with rare diseases and their families Some of you visited the Centre in 2010. You have known the work we do. Our main goal is to improve the quality of life of people affected by rare disease and their families. We provide services and specialized care. We are very delighted to invite you to participate in the CREER programs. Among the possible collaborations that we may have: The Meetings Programs offers the possibility that people affectted and their families can stay in the center, share activities plus combining activities such as Conferences, Assemblies, Meetings... We offer the possibility to develop an Euro- HSP Meeting. One goal to the Reference Center is to support and promote networking, the possibility of hosting a European meeting level, meets our guidelines.
