Middle School Research This research indicated the positive effect of interdisciplinary teaming and revealed (a) the critical nature of common planning time, (b) teaming improves school climate, (c) teaming increases parent communication, (d) teaming increases job satisfaction, and (e) teaming positively influences student achievement.
