9 DOE Demonstration Program Energy Independence & Security Act Authorized Smart Grid demonstration projects American Reinvestment & Recovery Act of 2009 appropriated the authorized funds DOE issued a broad RFP for Smart Grid demonstration projects CCET responded with a comprehensive proposal for wind integration that included a synchrophasors component DOE Smart Grid Stimulus grants will add 600 PMUs in U.S.
