B EING HEALTHY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO YOUR LIFE. M ANY PEOPLE DON ’ T REALIZE WHY IT AFFECTS YOUR LIFE, BUT I’ VE COME TO KNOW A LOT ABOUT HOW IT DOES. H AVE YOU EVER WONDERED WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO YOU IF YOU ARE NOT HEALTHY ?
Being healthy is important because it will make your body stronger. It also makes you feel better.
H EALTHY FOOD CHOICES INCLUDE : EATING THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF FRUIT, VEGETABLES, MEAT, OIL AND DAIRY. T HERE ARE MANY WAYS TO EXERCISE, FROM WALKING ON A TREADMILL, TO EVEN PLAYING OUTSIDE.
I F YOU EAT TOO MUCH JUNK FOOD, THEN YOU COULD GET MANY HARMFUL DISEASES. T HAT IS WHY YOU SHOULD EAT A GOOD BALANCE OF HEALTHY AND NOT AS HEALTHY FOOD.
IT HAS BEEN PROVEN THAT TOO MUCH SUGAR IS AS BAD FOR YOU AS TOBACCO AND ALCOHOL, BUT IN A DIFFERENT WAY. I N N ATURE MAGAZINE, AN ARTICLE SAYS THAT SUGAR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OBESITY, DIABETES, HEART DISEASE, AND CANCER.
