10. 10 Conclusion Provision of services overall is poor at the moment, but there is a will to improve it. Providers are at a loss as to how to go about it. Irish speakers want these services, but will not demand them, and do not really believe they will be provided. There are things which can be done, short and long term, to improve provision and encourage uptake.
