6 Importing Files (continued) Select this to import a new report Click on report to expand Select this to view an existing report

7 Importing Files (continued) Import will bring up standard open file dialog After import or view is selected, file may be reanalyzed if a newer config exists (this may take a minute or longer depending on file size) Alternative import method: –Stop ExBPA –Copy file to \documents and settings\ \application data\microsoft\exbpa –Start ExBPA and report will show up in report view

8 Viewing Files The Full Issues list shows all best practice violations reported by the tool Click on issue to expand Click on link to bring up detailed web article

9 Viewing Files (continued) The Detailed View-Full Issues List shows all best practice violations and informational messages in hierarchical context

10 Viewing Files (continued) The Detailed View shows all data gathered and the issues reported The Statistics Summary section shows overall totals of various object types

11 Viewing Files (continued) The Executing workstation section shows information on the machine ExBPA was run on (useful for debugging ExBPA problems)
