3. Oslo ASAP AIRSPACE Operational objectives: Oslo ASAP is intended to develop a new airspace structure within the Oslo AoR, including SIDs and STARs for Oslo and Farris TMA. Ensure adequate capacity in Oslo and Farris TMAs and in Oslo ACC while keeping: –Safety at a high standard; –Controllers’ workload at an acceptable level. Ensure efficiency of operations so as to: –Reduce CO2 emission; –Accommodate Noise Abatement Procedures (ENGM).
