3. Where to Start? Identifying which wards are critical to changing the make up of your district. Local Level? County Board Level? State Assembly Level? State Senate Level? Overall impact on the statewide elections. Identifying who you know (through membership, existing relationships, or RVP) that can be organized into a Leadership Team. Deliberate, intentional ways to engage voters (ID, persuasion, issue education, neighborhood meetings) Consistent DATA storage tracked in the voter file.

How Do you Start? 1.Work with We Are WI to acquire the targeted wards. 2.Leadership meeting to map relationships and create a structure in which to operate. 3.Create a program to engage voters (through election, through issues, through house visits or phone calls) 4.Ongoing meeting to track progress. 5.Ongoing data entry as information is gathered. 6.Ongoing engagement to move the voters until 52% support is achieved.
